In case of hypersensitive glans?

If you have tight phimosis, it is normal for you to have very sensitive glans. The foreskin cannot uncover the glans, and the glans skin does not contact any external surface. This prevents the glans skin from keratinizing and therefore you have far too much sensitivity.

In this case, a mild anesthetic cream can be used along with Phimostop. As it becomes possible to uncover the glans, the hypersensitivity will go away and you can stop using the cream.
